Relaxing getaway with amazing staff
We had an awesome time! The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. Our room was nice and tidy. We got a sweet birthday surprise. The spa was lovely, with all kinds of treatments. Food at the brasserie was tasty, but honestly, the portions could’ve been a bit bigger.

convenient parks and landmarks for weekend city walks
I had a fantastic stay here, enjoying the relaxing spa facilities and the beautiful architecture, while being just a short walk from both Peacock Meadow Park and the iconic Great Hall, making it perfect for leisurely strolls through the city. the staff were particularly friendly and made the whole experience more enjoyable, even offering great dining tips nearby.

Beautiful building with lovely grounds, and the spa facilities were pretty amazing. We enjoyed a relaxing time here, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming for the family. The staff really made us feel at home, especially in the dining areas.
My kids wished breakfast could be more affordable and better suited for families. Charging £30 per person is a bit steep. A more kid-friendly menu would improve the experience immensely.

Had an amazing time with friends! We loved our stay, especially enjoying the bar area and exploring the beautiful spa. A highlight was visiting the fantastic 1550-acre shooting grounds, perfect for both beginners and enthusiasts. The staff were friendly, and the place had a lovely atmosphere.
The only drawback was some confusion regarding spa bookings. We couldn't schedule massages as we hoped, which took away from the experience a bit.

We had a lovely one-night stay and really enjoyed the spa area with its warm indoor pool and soothing sauna. The atmosphere was delightful, making it easy to unwind and relax after a long day, although the jacuzzi could use stronger jets. Just a small thing, but the bedding felt slightly worn, yet it didn’t take away from our overall experience. 😊

Couple getaway worth the price
The room was remarkable it had this whole old-world charm yet was super modern and comfy with a four poster bed that felt like royalty and you could really feel the care in the little details like the fresh flowers they left for us. The spa experience was unreal with calming music and peaceful vibes and the staff helped us find just the right treatments that melted away all our stress.
It wasn't exactly cheap but the experience justified the expense.

The room was so comfy with a big four-poster bed, felt quite luxurious! It was spacious, but definitely a bit hot without air conditioning. Loved the decor too, had a cozy and historical vibe going on. No real issues except for the heat, which made it hard to relax sometimes.
